It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Every single week. The tree is decorated and Santa waits beside it to hear if the children have been naughty or nice as he decides, with a little bit of help from Mum & Dad, what he might bring them on Christmas Eve. We came across him in the City Square on Sunday as we were walking into the city to do some shopping of our own. It is the one place in town where the kids can see Santa and you take the photo with your own camera. I sneaked this shot during a change of children (no unauthorised kiddies in this blog).
Bill has continued to be very mobile during the last few weeks with trips to Sydney & Adelaide. This week he is off to Brisbane on Wednesday after returning from Adelaide tomorrow. We have still found time to get out & about on the weekends seeing the South Dragons win their last home game a week ago. On Saturday night we went and saw Death at a funeral and had dinner at a Japanese Restaraunt - Sushi Train - afterwards. The movie was very funny and worth taking a look at if you haven't already seen it. And dinner was really yummy as well.
A train ride to the suburbs was Wednesday's adventure last week as I went down and met Mum & Maree for dinner at Chelsea. Bill joined us from work. We were working out the menu for Christmas Day dinner which is happening at home this year. Gee, I will have to try and remember how to cook for more than 2 people. There will be 8 of us here. It will be alright on the day, I'm sure. I wonder if my new cookbook '4 ingredients' will help me? Somehow I don't think so.
Well once again there's the week that was, time to be off to find some Christmas cards to write
until next time.........
